Avocado powder
Description of Avocado extract powder:
The avocado (Persea americana) is a tree native to
Central Mexico, classified in the flowering plant family Lauraceae along with
cinnamon, camphor and bay laurel. Avocado
or alligator pear also refers to the fruit (botanically a large berry that
contains a single seed) of the tree.
Avocados
are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals as well, including vitamins C,
E beta-carotene, and lutein, which are antioxidants. Some cancer studies
suggest that lutein helps combat free radicals associated with prostate cancer.
Antioxidants prohibit free oxygen radicals in the body from harming healthy cells.
Studies indicate that free radicals are involved in the formation of certain
cancer cells and that antioxidants can actually help to prevent some cancers.
Other nutrients found in avocados and avocado extract include potassium, iron,
copper, and vitamin B6.
How to use Avocado Powder:
Avocado powder is mainly used as facial masks. We
can use the buttermilk as a mask by some of the following methods:
For oily skin:
Use about 2 teaspoons of avocado powder in a small
bowl, add 2 teaspoons of unsweetened fresh milk or yogurt and mix to form a
paste mixture.
- Wash your face, wipe dry and apply the mixture
just to the surface of the massage in circular motion for 10 minutes, relax for
20 minutes and rinse the face with warm water. One week can mask 2 times
because butter powder is very benign.
For the sisters who own common skin, dry skin or
combination skin use the following avocado powder:
- 1 teaspoon of butter powder, 1 teaspoon of honey
and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to create a homogeneous mixture.
- Apply this mixture to the face with a gentle
massage for 20 minutes to nourish deeply into the skin.
- Then wash your face with warm water to cold water
to help smooth skin and tighten pores.
